Christkindlmarkt Dublin is looking for its 2026 Christkind! This special scholarship opportunity is a meaningful way to become involved in Christkindlmarkt Dublin and help bring a beloved German holiday tradition to Central Ohio.
The Christkind is a treasured Christmas figure in many German-speaking communities. According to tradition, the Christkind brings gifts—and, in some traditions, a Christmas tree—to children on Christmas Eve without being seen.
In this special role, the Christkind will welcome guests, take part in market and community appearances, and help fill our European holiday village with warmth, Freude, and the wonder of the market.
Winners of the Christkindlmarkt Dublin’s Christkind Scholarship Program will receive scholarships in the following amounts:

Describe how you would create warmth, joy, and a sense of belonging for guests, drawing on a personal experience—large or small—that shows how you have helped someone feel welcome or included.
